VELO+ Terms and Conditions

The VELO+ program is only valid on the velo.com/gb/en website, it is not valid on any other website. All registered customers will be automatically entered into the scheme with no sign-up process.
COLLECTING VELO+ POINTS
You can collect points through the following actions:
- Creating an account on the velo.com/gb/en platform >> HELLO YOU Bonus >> 70 VELO+ points. This bonus will be awarded only once.
- Subscribing to VELO newsletter >> SAY YES Bonus >> 80 VELO+ points. This bonus will be awarded only once.
- Purchasing VELO cans >> MAKE IT COUNT bonus >> 70 VELO+ points* for each can/tin purchased. *Excluding promotional discount.
- Your birthday >>HAPPY YOU DAY bonus >> 50 VELO+ points.This bonus will be awarded only once.
- Occasionally, providing insights via surveys >> TELL US HOW IT IS bonus >> 30 VELO+ points, for each survey answered.
- REFER A FRIEND >> PASS IT ON bonus >> 200 VELO+ points for each valid referral who is placing an order on velo.com/gb/en.
REDEEMING POINTS
To be able to collect and/or redeem VELO+ points you must be logged into your account. To use your VELO+ points, choose the products you wish to order and go to checkout. You will have the option to redeem your collected VELO+ points on the products you are purchasing.
The value of each VELO+ point is £0.01. VELO+ points can only be redeemed against future orders.
After VELO+ points redemption, the number of points you choose to redeem will be deducted from your total VELO+ points collected.
Your VELO+ points balance can be viewed in your ‘My Account’ section.
VELO+ points will be cancelled or deducted should any items be returned to us or where a refund is requested.
VELO+ points will not be awarded on any purchases made through our resellers or store outlets.
All VELO+ points are valid for 6 months from date of collection and as long as you remain a registered customer of VELO. Any points not used within 6 months of the date of collection will automatically expire from your account.
REFER A FRIEND
After placing an order on uk.velo.com, you will receive a link to pass it one to your adults’ friends. When a friend makes a qualifying purchase from uk.velo.com, both Referrer and Friend will each receive 200 points in their account.
A qualifying purchase is the purchase of a VELO product from uk.velo.com (free can offers are not included), using the referral link only.
VELO+ POINTS
The VELO+ points allocated through the scheme are personal to the account holder of the VELO website account. VELO+ points cannot be transferred to any other person, account or transferred in any way.
The VELO+ points program is only intended for personal use. VELO+ points cannot be collected for use by a business. VELO+ points will be removed from Business accounts.
VELO DO NOT accept any liability for the VELO+ points program accounts that have been misused by the account holder, including where you have permitted a third-party has been permitted access to your account.
VELO reserve the right, at any time without notice, to end the scheme or decline any issue of membership.
VELO reserve the right to take any action we believe to be appropriate if we feel you are abusing the scheme, including withholding VELO+ points previously credited to your account.
VELO reserve the right to modify our terms in any way we choose at any time. Any changes to these terms will not affect VELO+ points that have already been collected.
VELO+ points cannot be credited to guest checkout orders.
VELO+ points may be used in conjunction with other offers or promotions, however, we reserve the right to refuse the use of points at any time. VELO reserve the right to amend the redemption value of VELO+ points and number of VELO+ points allocated at our discretion.

CLOSING YOUR ACCOUNT
If you no longer want to participate to this program, just send us a request at Info.gb@velo.com so that we can action this for you.
MISCELLANEOUS
There are no membership fees associated with VELO+ or VELO points.
The points accumulated under this programme have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
VELO reserves the right to terminate your account and/or your participation in VELO+, if we believe that you have violated these Terms & Conditions or that the use of your account is unauthorised, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful or in violation of these Terms & Conditions.
